Thanks for the reply; I forgot to mention in the original post that there is an USB controller dedicated to the VM. The problem is I can't locate the button that connects / disconnects USB devices to the VM. Please see the screenshot below for the button I'm referring to. I'm unable to locate it within the web interface. Surely its equivalent exists in the web interface.
