Passthrough NIC does not pick IP address from DHCP, nor work wit static one.

Hello Community!

I just set up my first white box with ESXi 6 Hypervisor and basically everything went quite smooth. However I have a problem with passthrough networking. I have 2 ports Realtek 8111 NIC in my server that I want to use with Server 2008 R2 VM (this card is not supported by VMware itself). Card is recognized by ESXi as network card, I was able to configure it for PCI passthrough, assign it to VM and it is visible inside VM itself. I succeeded to install appropriate Realtek drivers and card seems to create physical connection to switch - it reports that link is up, autonegotiate speed (lights on card confirm this, as well as port status on switch). But the card does not picks IP from DHCP, so no network available (it autoconfigures itself with 169.x.x.x). I tired to assign static IP appropriate for my network, but no success.... nothing on the network is visible. What might be wrong?
