Yes It suppose to have the same access and same data's. Microsoft iSCSI target 3.3 will support 16 initiators.

Hi Nikolay84, Welcome to the community. Yes you go ahead and do it.Once you add the datastore, the host will scan and see if it is formatted with VMFS and it will add it.
