That sounds strange. Please open the Device Manager within the VM, and enable "Hidden Devices". If any network adapters show up, try to delete them, and then let Windows scan for new hardware. André

As far as I know you cant really reduce the min mem requirements - but you can configure WS to allow over-comitting of RAM.I can run several ESXi VMs with 4GB RAM each on my WS12 home
