Fluctuating Transmission Rate on HP ProLiant DL310 Gen8 v2 (ESXi 6.0.0)

Hi

I have a vSphere 6.0 U1 Jan 2016 HP Custom Image running on an DL310 Gen8 v2 with 2x1TB SATA Drives in a RAID 0 on a SmartArray B120i.

Because of performance issues, i installed the scsi-hpvsa-5.5.0-88OEM.550.0.0.1331820.x86_64.vib driver like it has been mentioned in this thread: Very slow acces to datastores on HP MIcroserver Gen8. Can't edit System Resource Reservation with vSphere client.

Now, the read Performance is OK, but if i try to copy data from a physical machine into my Server 2012 R2 VM, i have fluctuating transmission rates from 100 MB/s down to 0 kb/s...

Every 10 seconds, i have a break in- you can see that also in the task manager log but there is no analogy to the vmware performance log:

The weird thing is, that on the same host exists a second Server 2012 R2- if i try to copy the same data, there is no problem like that.

Both machines are equipped with an vmxnet3 network adapter and vmdk's stored on the same local disk.

Any ideas?

Thanks and Regards

George

EDIT:

I've forgotten to mention, that i enabled the read cache in the Smart Array Controller and set it to 128MB.

It would be also possible, that my problem results from the reading performance, because in that moment, when the transfer rate goes to 0kb/sec, i can't open files from that Disk (a few seconds delay).
