(hp Proliant Gen 8 ML350p server running ESXi/VSphere 5.5 Free)
I have teamed 2 physical adapters (Broadcom NetXtreme) in a virtual switch which connects to a single VM.
The adapters are both 'active' and the server is working fine.
However, they are not load balancing. When I look at the traffic stats one adapter is virtually unused, the other is doing all the work.
If I unplug either of them, the other adapter takes over, so failover is fine.
Any ideas what might be causing them not to load balance?
