How can I install guest os of OSX 10.9.x on VMware vSphere Hypervisor 5.5？

I try to create a new virtual machine on my VMware vSphere Hypervisor 5.5, but the osx_10.9.x_install.iso never boot when VM start.

I read the guide of vmware(VMware Documentation for OS X 10.9), but I don't know where can I found "Install OS X Mountain Lion.app" and "InstallESD.dmg", so I couldn't continue installation.

And then someone told me that I can patch the server, so I download unlock-all-v110 and unlock-all-v130, make the system to maintain mode, run the script named "install.sh" and reboot the server. But when I create a new VM of OSX 10.7 64bit and start the machine, it still couldn't load install from the osx_10.9.x_install.iso.

Could you tell me how can I install guest os  of OSX 10.9.x on VMware vSphere Hypervisor 5.5？
