You can register with Vmware and download all required latest products in evaluation mode for 60 days:

Once you login, you will get link to start new evaluation. You will be getting list of all the products available for download.
Note that Hypervisor is free& once you click on Hypervisor link from above list (at the bottom), you will be asked to register for this product (just few click to sign user agreement). once you register for that product, you can download on ur local system. Same procedure apply for all the product.
