Just go to Server Manager and add the Role Hyper-V. It takes no more than few seconds and you be able to start creating your own Virtual Machines.
If you already have some VMware virtual machines running in another host server you could use Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (MSCVMM) to manage both, VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines from a centralized point.
